Last year, more than 1,000 emerging arts leaders participated in 46 creative conversations locally hosted throughout the country. These leaders continue to be engaged at the national level and often meet throughout the year.

National Arts Awards
Now in its 12th year, the National Arts Awards honor distinguished cultural, corporate, and artistic leaders for their contributions to the arts in America.

PTA Start the Art Week
The National Parent Teacher Association (PTA) celebrates Start the Art Week, October 8–12, during which parents and teachers are encouraged to celebrate, advocate, and embrace the arts. For Start the Art Week, PTA provides teachers and parents with the tools necessary to plan a week of unique events and activities to advocate the importance of arts in education.
