Topic: Management and Leadership: Emerging Leaders

Emerging arts leaders nationwide are demonstrating integrity, commitment, energy, and dedication to using the arts to make a direct impact in our neighborhoods and cities. The next generation of cultural citizens will take on the charge of improving our communities and ensuring the future of the arts in America. The changing landscape of the arts administration field, leadership development, diversity, and balancing one's professional and personal life are central issues facing today’s emerging arts leaders.

Emerging Leader Council
Americans for the Arts is working to identify and cultivate the next generation of arts leaders in America. The Emerging Leader Council is an advisory body to Americans for the Arts and assists in developing programs and resources to promote the growth, development, and sustenance of emerging arts professionals nationwide.
