Adam Natale
Director of Member Services Adam J. Natale joined Fractured Atlas in December 2005 and, since then, has seen the organization grow immensely, with more than 2,000 members joining within the past year. He currently oversees the organization’s online learning, development grant, and liability insurance programs, among others. With Fractured Atlas, Adam has spearheaded an artist healthcare advocacy/awareness campaign in Washington, DC, and created an innovative audience development program with organizations including Theatre Development Fund and High 5 Tickets to the Arts. He has served as a panelist and/or conducted presentations at several arts organizations, including Theatre Communications Group, Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, National Performance Network, and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. For Fractured Atlas’ Open Arts Network, he has formed collaborative partnerships with more than 50 arts organizations across the country. Prior to his position at Fractured Atlas, he served the Theater & Musical Theater disciplines at the National Endowment for the Arts, where he worked on such programs as Shakespeare in American Communities, American Masterpieces, the National Heritage Fellowships, and adjudicated grant applications for international programs as well as for the Coming Up Taller Awards. In his spare time, he is an associate producer with the New York Musical Theatre Festival as well as a freelance theater/musical theater director. Adam is a graduate of American University with a degree in directing for theater and film and an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors & Choreographers (SSDC). He is originally from Philadelphia.TERM: 2007–2009
