Leadership Exchange
Americans for the Arts offers a professional development opportunity for emerging arts leaders interested in participating in a Leadership Exchange with established leaders in the field during the Americans for the Arts Annual Convention. The goal for the Leadership Exchange is to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships between emerging leader and established arts leader participants, in which ideas, experiences, and professional lessons are discussed as part of in-person interactions. The Leadership Exchange provides the opportunity for both emerging and established leaders to expand their networks, to present snapshots into each other’s working lives, and to possibly serve as a stepping stone for future professional affiliations.
