Public Art Networking Study Survey Results
This survey was conducted during March and April 1998. Over 1,400 surveys were sent to combined mailing lists. Over 460 responses were received. the totals below are based on the 456 responses that were tabulated. The results were entered in a database that can be used in the future for specialized mailing lists and future contact for areas of interest and expertise.
Notes: The answers to questions #5 and #6 were influenced by the fact that attendees of the last Americans for the Arts pre-conference were sent the survey. The master mailing list included Public Art Review subscribers, influencing the answers to question #7. Due to a typographical error the choice of 50% was ommited from question #3 which skews the results in the middle range, those who wrote in 50% are included at that amount.
