Logos for Mid Atlantic Arts and Americans for the Arts

Applications are now open for the Mid Atlantic Accessibility Resource Committee (MAARC)!

Through the generous support of the National Endowment for the Arts, Mid Atlantic Arts and Americans for the Arts are continuing to develop a series of educational and professional development resources for the state, county, and local arts agencies in the mid-Atlantic region.

MAARC, a committee of paid advisors consisting of artists, administrators, and other experts, will help to ensure a disability-centered approach by fostering connections with new speakers, proposing topic ideas based on their understanding of the needs of the arts and culture field, sharing resources and stories from the field to highlight, and more.

Artists, administrators, and other arts and culture professionals with disabilities or who are active members of the disability community and who currently reside in the Mid-Atlantic Region are invited to apply. The deadline to submit an interest form is March 31, 2022. Program-related questions should be directed to Kimberly Steinle-Super, Program Officer, Fellowships & Visual Arts at [email protected] or 410.539.6656, extension 101.
