Video installation 'New York Minute' by artist Gabriel Barcia-Colombo highlights the frenzied and hectic pace of New Yorkers' lives by featuring portraits of everyday New Yorkers doing everyday activities in super-slow motion.

The work was recognized by Americans for the Arts Public Art Network (PAN) Year in Review which annually recognizes outstanding public art projects that represent the most compelling work for the year from across the country.
