Roshi Ahmadian

Systems Manager, Pritzker Traubert Foundation

Roshi Ahmadian is the systems manager at Pritzker Traubert Foundation, where she ensures the smooth operation of the Foundation by overseeing the processes and procedures of grantmaking. She works on the team tasked with evaluation, communications, organizational planning and managing grantmaking portfolios.

Previously, she served as identity & systems manager at Cuyahoga Arts & Culture (CAC) in Cleveland, Ohio. CAC is one of the largest local public funders of arts and culture in the nation and has invested more than $181 million in over 400 Cuyahoga County organizations since 2007. Roshi worked across functions to develop and continuously improve grants systems and processes for the agency and oversaw CAC’s visual identity and website. Roshi began her work at CAC in 2015 as the grantmaking associate. 

Prior to CAC, Roshi worked at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage and the Cleveland Museum of Art. Roshi holds an MA in art history and museum studies from Case Western Reserve University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate with BA degrees in art history and pre-architecture from the same university. 

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Roshi is passionate about immigration reform and is an avid believer in the importance of equity and inclusion for people of color and those representing different cultural backgrounds. She is a fluent Farsi speaker and has working knowledge of Italian and Arabic. In her free time, Roshi enjoys photography, graphic design, painting, and traveling, and has visited over a dozen countries to date.
