GENERAL
This report examines five areas of the activities of the New York Council on the Arts. These include:
- the interrelationships between Staff, Panel, Council Sub-Committees and full Council;
- council budgeting;
- new requirements mandated by the 1974 legislation;
- how the Council conducts its business; and
- types of arts organizations being supported and not being supported.
