Collected together are the governing bylaws of the four committees formed to assist the Scottsdale Cultural Council: the Public Art and Collections Committee, Scottsdale Center for the Arts Committee, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art Committee, and the Cultural Management Services and Strategies Committee. The bylaws for each committee specify the roles and responsibilities of the committee and all members, meeting and election procedures, quorum requirements and leadership positions of the committee.
