Where are You on the Talent Map?
The author discusses the importance of location on a companys ability to attract talent. These insights are based on research conducted by Richard Florida, founder and director of the Software Industry Center at Pittsburgh's Carnegie Mellon University and professor of regional economic development. Breen also reports on five tactics, identified by Florida, which a company could use to compete if it is not based in a good location.
