Nationally Connecting the Arts Across the Military Continuum

Tuesday, December 2, 2014

Americans for the Arts has been building a National Network Directory dedicated to advancing the arts in health and well-being for America’s military service members, veterans, their families, and caregivers. The National Online Directory debuted on November 25 and is featured on our National Initiative for Arts & Health in the Military webpage.  It will be updated every week as we receive more listings.

Join us as we grow!  Starting with 64 listings representing 21 states, our goal is to connect organizations and individuals who are actively working to ensure that quality arts practices are available and accessible throughout the military continuum – from pre-deployment to veterans, including spouses, children and caregivers.
No membership or service fee is required!  Individuals and organizations may participate in the Network in several ways: by providing direct programs and services or information and resources for military service members, veterans and their families, and by disseminating information from the National Initiative to their constituents.

Benefits include:
-Listing in the National Directory on www.ArtsAcrosstheMilitary.org (does not imply endorsement by the National Initiative, Americans for the Arts, or its partners)
-Opportunity to use National Initiative logo and/or tagline on website.
-National Initiative updates, opportunities to participate in special convenings, and first consideration for “by-invitation-only” Summit events.
