Would you like the opportunity to influence Americans for the Arts programs/services? Now's your chance, it’s election season here at Americans for the Arts! Nominate yourself or a colleague to become a member of one of four Network Councils: Arts Education, Emerging Leaders, Private Sector, and the Public Art Network.

Incoming advisory council members serve a three-year term, from January 1, 2015 – December 31, 2017 and advise Americans for the Arts staff and network leads on programs and services to build a deeper connection to the field and network membership. Nominations close Wednesday, October 8, 2014 and can be submitted by filling out the nomination form, non members and members are welcome to submit nominations but nominees must be members of Americans for the Arts.

Voting runs Wednesday, October 29, 2014 - Wednesday, November 12, 2014 and is restricted to members of Americans for the Arts. Members can submit their ballots by logging into their Americans for the Arts account.

New council members will be announced to the public on Monday, December 15, 2014.
