Americans for the Arts launches The Arts & Culture Equity Studio | Mid-Career Leaders Collection which provides mid-career arts administrators access to tailored training aimed at developing the skills needed to advance in the arts management field.

These moderated sessions designed for mid-career arts and culture professionals will dive deep into equitable leadership and power sharing structures and support arts administrators from backgrounds underrepresented in arts leadership to access practical tools to help advance their leadership journeys.

Speakers will discuss strategies, challenges faced, successes, and insightful advice for mid-career leaders interested in implementing and cultivating alternative leadership structures within their organization. Registration is now open for the entire collection or for these individual sessions:
