Creative Assets and the Changing Economy

There has been an increase in the notion that changes in the economy have pushed creative assets to the core of economic life. The author suggests that instead of spending time and money on measuring the economic impact of the arts and culture, one should focus on understanding how creative work and institutions are changing and how to create a more vital, diverse cultural life. The author also poses questions and topics for further research within the scope of his argument.
