On October 6, 170 business and arts leaders gathered together at the iconic Central Park Boathouse in New York City to honor the best businesses partnering with the arts in America at Americans for the Arts’ annual BCA 10 Awards.

2015 Giving in Numbers Report Released
CECP and The Conference Board have released the full results of the 10th annual Giving in Numbers report, an in-depth analysis of corporate giving and employee engagement data from the world’s leading companies. Read a preview.

Key results include:

  • Corporate matches of employee donations accounted for 12 percent of total corporate cash contributions.
  • Nine out of 10 companies offered an employee matching program.
  • Six out of 10 companies offered paid-release time volunteer programs.
  • 30 percent of employees volunteering is average.

New Cone CSR Millennial Research Revealed
Cone has shared the results of the 2015 Cone Communications Millennial CSR Study, the most comprehensive snapshot of Millennials attitudes toward corporate social responsibility in the United States.

Key findings include:

  • More than nine in 10 Millennials would switch brands to one associated with a cause (91 percent vs. 85 percent U.S. average).
  • 76 percent of millennials consider a company’s social and environmental commitments before deciding where to work.
  • Millenials are willing to take a pay cut to work for a responsible company (62 percent vs. 56 percent U.S. average)
