Presenting the 2015 NYC Veterans Day Showcase at the David Rubenstein Atrium at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. 10 veteran artists will showcase their interpretations of Home in a multi-disciplinary showcase in the center of Manhattan. The notion of Home is a very personal thing for military veterans as we return back to America from war. While we may now be physically home, we spent many years serving in places that still hold a place in our hearts and minds. The journey home is a process and the arts allow us to find our voice amidst the challenges of transition.

Share in the commitment to honor our veterans as soldiers and as a creative force transforming the arts in America, especially post 9/11 veterans who consider art-making and creative expression a continuation of, rather than a release from service.

Performers will include Phil Klay, author of "Redeployment", Exit 12 Dance Company with Roman Baca, and the Veteran Home Front Theater.

In honor of Memorial Day, the Kennedy Center presents Andrew Carroll's compelling drama about the wartime experience, taken from actual letters penned by troops and their loved ones from Carroll's bestselling books War Letters and Behind the Lines.
