We Connect the Dots and Microsoft Partner to Bring Message of STEAM Education to Business Leaders

We Connect The Dots – a STEAM education program – joined with the Microsoft Corporation today to ring the opening bell of the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City.

The ceremony celebrated the success of We Connect the Dots, its partnership with Microsoft and their collective work to close the opportunity divide in technology, education and STEAM education.

We Connect the Dots works to excite, inform and educate students about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) careers.  Through collaboration with the community, education, government and the technology industry, WCTD provides awareness and education of the 21st Century workforce skills, as well as the opportunities available to students embracing STEAM careers

The Opening Ceremony at the Nasdaq MarketSite serves as a platform to generate exposure for not only this program but the STEAM movement in America. The event was hosted by Nasdaq senior executives, spread the message and work of We Connect the Dots to a widespread business audience. The event was recorded by the live Nasdaq Webcam and projected on the MarketSite Tower and distributed through participating television networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Fox Business News and many others - reaching millions of viewers worldwide.
