The second annual Meet the Artists event will take place this year in the Paducah School of Art & Design’s new 2D/Graphic Building (recently rehabilitated historic Kitchens Building). This event united fifty Paducah artists to at the Historic Coca-Cola Plant in 2015 and wants to build on that energy, drawing a larger collaboration of local artists together to celebrate the art and community of Paducah.

This collaborative exhibition highlights the diversity and creativity of the Paducah art scene. LowerTown artists will be selectively collaborating with other artists to create an exciting evening of art. The artists may choose to jointly create new work, or work individually sharing a common theme or subject. The new 2016 Paducah Creative Collaborations event series promotes growth and awareness of Paducah's local creatie industry. Each event is free to the public and will provide participants a unique art experience.
