The new website provides arts marketers with an improved and dynamic digital space to grow and connect in their community, with four distinct spaces to get smarter, get together, get involved, and get inspired.

Founded by Beth Flowers in Denver, Colorado, AIR (now known as the AIR Institute) is now part of the College Crafts Program at Berea and will be directed by Flowers.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts recently announced the Owensboro Public Schools Board of Education in Owensboro, KY has received the 28th annual Kennedy Center and National School Boards Association (NSBA) Award for exemplary leadership in arts education.

The award, which includes a $10,000 prize, was presented by Mario R. Rossero, Senior Vice President of Education at the Kennedy Center, at the National School Boards Association’s Annual Conference in Boston, MA.

Thanks to the veteran re-integration services of Where Opportunity Knox, Johnson found an exciting position as Director of Workplace Giving for Fund for The Arts. The organization, a United Arts Fund, raises money from the corporate community and elsewhere to support arts organizations in the Louisville area.
